The 1803 Fund becomes primary anchor partner and co-steward of Sneaker Week PDX's flagship festival.
The goal: connect Portland's global footwear industry to the next generation of Black creatives and entrepreneurs.
K.I.C-OFF Festival 2026 runs Friday, July 31 – Sunday, Aug. 2, themed "Motion in The Low End." Three days of art, fashion, music, dialogue and commerce, spread across multiple venues in the Low End area of Lower Albina.
Culture Day (Aug. 2) is free and open to the public. Want all three days? Single-day passes are $25, and there's a free youth ticket for 18-under.
