Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 10, 2026

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Sneaker Week PDX website or attending our events. They set out the rules for using our Services and describe important limitations on our liability.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and SneakerWeek LLC (“SneakerWeek,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of Sneaker Week PDX and this website. They govern your access to and use of our website, your purchase of tickets, and your participation in or attendance at any Sneaker Week PDX event or activity (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing the website, purchasing a ticket, submitting a form, or attending an event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase tickets or submit forms on your own behalf. Attendees under 18 may be required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian, as specified for a given event. By using the Services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.

3. Tickets, Purchases & Payments

All ticket sales are processed through our website or authorized ticketing partners. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before purchase. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with your order.

Unless otherwise stated at the point of sale or required by law, all sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets may not be resold above face value, transferred for commercial purpose, or used for any promotion or contest without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to cancel orders or tickets obtained in violation of these Terms.

4. Event Admission & Code of Conduct

Admission to any event is a revocable license. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse entry to or remove any person whose conduct is disorderly, unsafe, or in violation of these Terms or venue rules, without refund.

While using the Services, you agree not to:

  • Engage in harassing, discriminatory, threatening, or violent behavior toward attendees, staff, vendors, volunteers, or partners.
  • Bring prohibited items, weapons, or illegal substances onto event premises.
  • Record, broadcast, or reproduce any event for commercial purposes without authorization.
  • Interfere with the operation of an event or the enjoyment of other attendees.

5. Assumption of Risk & Health and Safety

Attendance at any event is at your own risk. You voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with participation, including risk of illness, personal injury, or loss of or damage to property. You agree to comply with all posted health, safety, and security measures and with the instructions of event staff.

6. Photography & Media Release

Sneaker Week PDX events are photographed and recorded. By entering an event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded, and you grant SneakerWeek an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your name, image, likeness, and voice in any media for promotional, archival, and commercial purposes, without further notice, compensation, or approval.

7. Applications & Submissions

If you submit a partner, vendor, volunteer, or other application or inquiry, you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, placement, or participation. Any content you submit may be used by us to evaluate and administer your request.

8. Intellectual Property

The website and its content — including the Sneaker Week PDX name, logos, text, graphics, photographs, and design — are owned by or licensed to SneakerWeek and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission. All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

The Services may link to or rely on third-party websites and services, including payment processors and ticketing partners. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any event will occur as scheduled.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SneakerWeek and its officers, members, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Services or your attendance at any event. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the ticket or service giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SneakerWeek and its representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your conduct at any event, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes, Cancellation & Force Majeure

We reserve the right to change event dates, times, locations, programming, and lineups, and to postpone or cancel an event. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, severe weather, public-health emergencies, government action, or venue unavailability.
